Shipping within the United Kingdom:
Flat Rate Shipping: Available for all orders.
Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50

All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped on the same day

Any order that has been dispatched will be treated as a return and it is therefore the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the safe return of the products, in their original condition. This also includes any associated shipping fees which would, in the event of a return, be the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to return your purchase, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt. We must then receive the products that you wish to return within 30 days of you notifying us of your intention to return your purchase.
Please note:
Items must be returned in their original condition, and within their same inner packaging where appropriate.
For example; if you purchase a booster box, this will arrive to you still within the clear plastic wrapping as we receive it from the manufacturer. In order to receive a refund - we must insist that the product is returned to us in exactly the way it was sent out.
We pride ourselves on the integrity of the products we supply.
The customer is also responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning the products to us, and is ultimately responsible for the product until it is satisfactorily received back to us.
In the event that a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address being provided, the customer is responsible for the further payment of any supplementary costs arising from such circumstances, in order to have the shipment re-sent.
